Return & Refund Policy – Balanzing

At Balanzing, we take great care in packing and delivering our food products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy.

Returns Eligibility
Returns will be accepted only if the product is received in a damaged condition. We do not accept returns for any other reasons, including taste preferences, change of mind, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Reporting Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged item, please:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear unboxing photos and videos showing the damage
  • Include your order number in the complaint

Requests without proper proof or reported after the specified time may not be eligible for return or refund.

Refund / Replacement
Once the damage is verified by our team:

  • A replacement will be arranged, or
  • A refund will be processed to the original payment method

Important Notes

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Returns are not applicable for opened or consumed food items unless damage is proven
  • Balanzing reserves the right to approve or reject return requests after inspection
